Technology Incubator

The Arrowhead Technology Incubator (ATI) fosters creation and enhancement of technology-based entrepreneurial activities through business incubation.  ATI is a collection of entrepreneurs, professionals, educators and students working in a collective environment to mitigate the challenges entrepreneurs encounter.  We have an expanding business incubator that offers flexible leasing terms and also provide business services to those not in need of physical space.

What We Do
ATI assists technology-based entrepreneurs within several key sectors: national and homeland security, energy solutions, space and aerospace, information technology, and hi-tech discoveries.  ATI creates an environment where entrepreneurs can get the assistance and support needed to advance their technology and evolve into profitable companies. We create this environment by adapting our services to the particular needs of each individual client.

Clients’ value our honest and impartial mentoring, our one-on-one preparation for investment capital, our network of contacts and potential partnerships, and our ability to connect them with opportunities like Demonstration and Validation Testing and New Mexico Small Business Assistance.

Incubation Facilities

ATI offers flexible leasing terms designed to meet the changing needs of early-stage companies. Space is available at the Genesis Center, a 30,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant building housing ATI located on the campus of New Mexico State University. Office space is available starting as low as $100 per month (including maintenance, fees, utilities, janitorial service, wired and wireless internet, NMSU affiliation, and access to conference rooms).  For more information about our facilities, please contact info@arrowheadcenter.org or call Christopher Penner at 575-646-2596.

National Security Technology Program
Through a generous partnership with the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration, ATI has established a National Security Technology Program (NSTP) to advance discoveries and innovative ideas that create technology solutions to address challenges in national safety, security, and protection of the homeland. Business incubation and demonstration and validation of technologies are two ways NSTP will succeed in creating instrumental national security technologies.
