The Arrowhead Business and Research Park is a public-private land development partnership that links scientists, technologists, and entrepreneurs contributing to New Mexico's economic development. It is an emerging hub for innovation and creativity providing an entrepreneurial environment offering space, facilities, and services to technology-based entrepreneurs and businesses for Southern New Mexico.
It encompasses approximately 224 acres at the southern end of New Mexico State University, bounded by interstate highways 25 and 10, and offers easy access to El Paso, Texas and White Sands Missile Range. The Park is an active member of the Association of University Research Parks and the New Mexico Science and Technology Park Alliance.

Available Space
The Arrowhead Park consists of seven strategic areas of development. Development in Area 1 houses three privately funded facilities for a total of approximately 34,000 square feet. Current available space consists of 1,740 square feet of shell space. The interior can be designed to meet a tenant partner's needs.
Directions
The Research Park is bounded by I-25 on the east, by I-10 on the south and west, and by Research Drive and Standley Drive on the north. The administrative offices for the Research Park are located in the Genesis Center, Building A.
